Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full store credit refund. You will be refunded the same price you originally payed for the item in a form of a store credit, valid for one year.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To refund an item you will need to include a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: Sales items cannot be returned.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Exceptions:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ingibjorgf@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item‘s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Your right – Icelandic law: no.46/2000

Terms of service
Inki Music offers both free local pickup or global flat rate (1200 ISK/9 USD) shipping by The Icelandic Post. Local pickup is offered at Laugardalurinn, 104, Reykjavík. After placing your order and selecting local picup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pick up hours are negotiable. Please have your order confrimation email with you when you come to pick up your order.
Orders are processed within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Price: Inki Music has the right to change the prices on this webpage without any notice.
Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping globally. All orders are processed within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We offer flat rate shipping to all countries, 1200 ISK. The items purchased will be sent by The Icelandic Post.
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Inki Music is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the costumer.
